About Holly

Co-Owner and First Aid Instructor, Safe Beginnings First Aid
Child Passenger Safety Technician-Instructor (CPST-I), Child Passenger Safety Association of Canada (CPSAC)

Holly Choi discovered her passion for teaching and mentoring while training clinicians and their support staff in the medical software field for over 5 years.

Following the birth of her first child in the summer of 2015, Holly certified as a First Aid Instructor with the Lifesaving Society BC/Yukon Branch. Shortly thereafter, Holly became co-owner of Safe Beginnings First Aid. Since late 2016, Safe Beginnings First Aid has educated over 8000 caregivers and professionals each month with essential lifesaving skills for small children.

With a keen interest in child safety, Holly certified as a Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) in October 2015 with the Child Passenger Safety Association of Canada (CPSAC). Since certification, Holly volunteers weekly in her community; helping caregivers gain confidence with their car seat installation and usage. Holly successfully certified as a Technician-Instructor (CPST-I) with CPSAC in October 2017.
